Refund policy
Returns Period
You can return standard items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This applies to all goods including jewelry and clothing. With the following exception:
This right does not apply to newspapers or to items that are personalized, bespoke, or engraved. Earrings cannot be accepted for return in line with hygiene best practices.
Charm Bar creations are bespoke and as such all sales are final. While we do not offer returns for a change of heart, we are committed to the quality of your treasures. Should your charms arrive with a manufacturing flaw (such as a faulty clasp), please reach out to us within 30 days. We will happily mend or replace the piece to ensure your stack remains perfect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received safely. When sending your return, please include “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to help ensure the goods are not held in customs.
Condition of Returns
To be accepted, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Earrings cannot be accepted for return in line with hygiene best practices. Bespoke, or engraved items are non-returnable.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@homeforrunawaygirls.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Processing Time
Returns are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
