Shipping Policy

At Home for Runaway Girls, we aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and hassle-free. We currently ship our products to customers worldwide. Due to recent changes EU regulations, we are currently not shipping to the EU. We are working on solutions to change this.

All orders (with the exception of newspapers) are shipped using one of the following methods:

UK & US Customers

Local Fulfillment (US & UK):
Whenever possible, orders are shipped directly from our local partners in the United States or United Kingdom. This ensures faster delivery and no additional import or customs costs for our customers.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping:
For products not fulfilled locally, we ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Worldwide Customers

We’re thrilled to serve customers across the globe with reliable worldwide shipping. Please note that all international shipments are subject to local customs, duties, and taxes. These fees are not included in your initial purchase and must be paid by the customer upon delivery to ensure the package is released by your local authorities.

  • Customer Responsibility: These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.

  • Payment: Charges are typically collected by the carrier at the time of delivery or requested by the local customs office before the package is released.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping fees, insurance, or original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Please note, our jewelry is made to order and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Bespoke Consultation Service

Your purchase includes a 30-minute 1-on-1 video consultation.

  • Design Finalization: Production of your custom piece will only begin after this consultation is completed.

  • Cancellations: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, orders cannot be cancelled once the physical production of the necklace has commenced following your call.
