Subscriptions
We currently offer The Velvet Moon Gazette as a recurring subscription known as The Gazette Cycle. This is a seasonal ritual that can be cancelled at any time, for any reason.
Billing & Renewal

You will be charged automatically every three months for each delivery.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each duration to ensure you never miss a season.

You will be billed at the then-current rate unless you choose to pause or cancel.
Managing Your Cycle

You have total control over your subscription.

To cancel, skip, or change your details, simply use the "Manage Subscription" link found in your order confirmation emails.

There are no "strings attached" or hidden fees for cancelling.

Pre-orders
When you purchase made-to-order or pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.Â
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
